Lincoln Property Company and Vanderbilt Office Properties Win BOMA International’s Southern Region TOBY® Award

BOMA Southern Region announced the winners of the regional competition on March 26th. JAM was honored to contribute to two of the winning teams.

Jackie Awve Marketing was commissioned by Lincoln Property Group and Vanderbilt Office Properties to write their TOBY submissions. We are pleased to announce both entrants won in the categories of:

Each applicant must submit a narrative that describes their management process in the areas of tenant relations, commitment to environmental sustainability, emergency preparedness, budgeting, work order systems, security standards, staff experience, continuing education and much more. Each building class has unique submission requirements. Twenty-five buildings competed for the coveted title and the ability to advance to International competition.
