BOMA Fort Lauderdale / Palm Beaches Hosts Successful Awards Gala
(November 12, 2021) We were proud to help BOMA Fort Lauderdale successfully organize a come-back TOBY event.
After a one-year hiatus due to COVID-19, BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches has hosted a successful TOBY Awards Gala on November 5th, 2021.
The TOBY® Awards are the most prestigious awards for commercial real estate in the country and honoring the finest in property management. Every year, BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm honors our entrants and winners in grand style at the Beaches TOBY Gala. Compared to The Oscars of Property Management, it is one of our most anticipated events of the year.
During the competition, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated during the competition, from community involvement and site management to environmental policies and procedures.
300+ commercial real estate professionals and guests gathered to celebrate the entrants and their property management teams at the annual gala held at Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach. Nine local TOBY® building and five individual award winners were announced.
Jackie Awve Marketing provides event management for this monumental event. The TOBY Awards Gala is a major fundraiser for the local association. Jackie Awve manages more than 60 sponsors and their deliverables. She is also responsible for the with creative direction, graphic design and run-of-show. This year’s theme had an elegant Sinatra-esque feel, complete with Las Vegas-marquis embellishments.
It was an incredible evening and everyone was excited to safely gather together. Congratulations to the BOMA Fort Lauderdale / Palm Beaches Co-Chairs and committee that made it possible.
