HOLIDAY EVENT INCREASES TRAFFIC FOR RETAIL CENTERS AND TENANTS

The annual Legacy Place Halloween Spook-tacular took on a Candy Land theme and delivered a “not-so-spooky” adventure on October 29, 2016, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Approximately 2,400 attendees, 800 of them kids, were greeted by King Kandy, Princess Frostine, and Lord Licorice at the starting point of the candy adventure.

Game maps helped provide merchant exposure as trick-or-treaters were encouraged to get them stamped along the Candy Land path for a chance to win a special prize. Many of the tenants coordinated other activities including games and crafts.  More than 300 lbs of candy was given away at the 37 stops along with other prizes and coupons. Adults got to enjoy some fun too as Total Wine & More offered a Fall Wine Tasting for trick-or-treaters who were over 21 years old.

The Legacy Place Halloween “not-so-spooky” Spook-tacular was organized by Stiles Property Management with the assistance of Via Productions and Jackie Awve Marketing.

“Events like this are a great way for us to help our merchants and be involved in the community,” said Wendy Hernandez of Stiles Property Management. “The restaurants said they really noticed a significant uptick in traffic. If you look at the pictures, you’ll see there were a lot of smiling faces!”
