Abaca Town Center was a bank-owned, distressed retail center in Jupiter, FL. JAM worked with Wells Fargo and Stiles Property Management to re-position the property as a family-oriented lifestyle center, improve tenant and community relations, and generate traffic to the center. The project also included working with city officials and area leaders to ensure the project met with community expectations for the property.
Successful initiatives included a complete brand package, re-vitalizing the annual 4th of July Event (approximately 8,000 in attendance) and incorporating A Dinner & A Show Concert Series. The concert series grew to six events per year featuring tributes to popular bands that had cross general appeal to promote a family friendly environment. Each concert event drew an average of 2,500 attendees.
The property was successfully sold to FLF Holdings in 2014 and now operates under the name Downtown Abacoa.
