This year, the association launched a new website as part of a complete conversion to a modern association management system. More than a visual update, the project required aligning design and functionality within new platform capabilities—ensuring the site could effectively manage membership, events, and communications in one place.

Transforming Signature Events

As part of the effort to enhance member engagement, BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches introduced a new signature event—the Relationships & Resources Networking Event.

Previously structured as a traditional tradeshow, the event was reimagined with a new brand identity, art direction, and messaging centered on relationships and collaboration. Structural recommendations around the event’s format, layout, and sponsor experience helped bring the new concept to life. The result was a well-received launch that captured fresh energy and participation across membership tiers.

Expanding Member Value

Several additional initiatives have strengthened the association’s community footprint. The Education Committee and the Emerging Professionals Group were both launched successfully this year, providing members with expanded opportunities to learn, lead, and connect.

Sustaining Momentum Through Communication

Awve Marketing continues to support ongoing communications through the BOMA Buzz, a weekly digest of industry and association news, and The BOMA 1-2-3, a concise update that keeps members informed on events, programs, and opportunities.
