Over the last year, Awve Marketing has had the pleasure of working on with several start-up businesses and a few projects that required complete marketing plan overhauls. Together with my clients, we made great strides that included creating and developing new brand identities, establishing marketing channels and platforms, launching new websites and campaigns, enhancing the end-user experience, developing signature events, and nurturing strategic relationships. Oh, I should mention this was typically done on tight deadlines and with budget restrictions.
Looking back the question is: how did we get it all done? The obvious answer is a lot of hard work. But in truth, what made the difference was focus and patience.

Staying with the idea of a race, a good Marketing Consultant is just like a coach that will help keep you on track to meet your goals and win the race. The coach understands the game, knows the players, and keeps them motivated and helps you come up with a game plan (or marketing plan) to help you succeed.
Regardless of whether you choose to work with a coach or go the race alone, it is a good idea to list your priorities, know your goals, and use them as a decision-making tool. No matter what, just remember to stick to it, and you will get there — just like the hare!
