Southeast Financial Center Earns Prestigious BOMA 360 Designation

Southeast Financial Center has been awarded the esteemed BOMA 360 Performance Building designation by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, thanks in part to the collaborative efforts of its management team and Awve Marketing. This designation, which recognizes excellence in building operations and management, reinforces the building’s status as one of Miami’s premier commercial properties.

How Awve Marketing Helped Secure the BOMA 360 Designation

Achieving the BOMA 360 designation is no small feat. It requires a thorough evaluation of a building’s performance across multiple categories, including operations, safety, energy management, and tenant relations. Awve Marketing played an integral role in this process, guiding the team through the application, ensuring all required materials were properly prepared, and highlighting the building’s strengths.

Jackie Awve, worked closely with the Southeast Financial Center management team to craft a submission that met BOMA’s stringent standards and will set it apart from other commercial buildings.

Awve Marketing’s role was to streamline the process, align the building’s strengths with BOMA’s criteria, and help tell the story of why Southeast Financial Center deserved this recognition. It was a true partnership between us and the building’s management team, and we’re proud to have been part of this achievement.”
