BOMA Fort Lauderdale / Palm Beaches is pleased to announce that they will host the 2018 Southern Region Conference for the commercial real estate property management community.

The 2018 BOMA Southern Region Conference is scheduled for April 5th-8th at the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach. The conference is tailored for the interest of commercial real estate property management professionals. The conference has provided a forum to discuss, educate, and advocate issues in the southern United States for almost 90 years. This year’s event will be jammed-packed with education and entertainment. There will be a heavy-hitter line-up of asset managers, an inspirational Paralympic medalist, a productivity expert and more.

The event includes an award presentation of The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) awards on Saturday night. Property management teams from 17 local associations and one state organization represented within the nine states will compete for the regional TOBY title in their categories.
