As part of Nanak Landscaping’s initiative to develop a company culture consistent with their company vision, JAM recently worked with the team to craft a company Commitment Statement.

(May 14, 2021) – While a mission statement helps set a clear goal for employees to help improve their job performance, the commitment statement is intended to provide an unwavering definition of their company’s ethos and culture.

Jackie Awve Marketing was involved with crafting and wordsmithing the statement. Every word was painstakingly chosen to convey the essence of the company’s commitment to not only its customers but its employees. This statement is visible throughout the organization’s virtual and physical workplaces to emphasize the values of Nanak’s Landscaping to all. It has been thoughtfully translated into three languages to reflect the diversity of the company’s workforce.
