BOMA Miami-Dade’s brings home a big win from the BOMA Southern Region Conference in Tampa, Florida.
355 Alhambra was named The Outstanding Building of the Year in the 100,000-249,999 square foot category, representing BOMA Miami-Dade. A state-of-the-art 16-story tower, the building was artfully designed with high-end finishes to highlight exceptional detailing. The property is managed by Lisa Mitchell at Taylor & Mathis. 355 Alhambra is home to nationally known tenants like Merrill Lynch, Chase Bank, and Kraft Foods.
The competition was tough with forty-two office buildings from nine states competing at this year’s Southern Region Conference TOBY awards. Other South Florida winners included Balfour Beatty Center (under 100,000 Square Feet) and 110 Tower (Renovated Building, representing BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches.
